After looking everywhere for a dress to wear to my son's wedding I tried kohl's and they had so many options and great prices! And I gotta brag about their customer service, it was closing time and they were just as sweet as if it was just opening. Thank you!

Had my 30 percent discount, found a beautiful dress for my wife, everything on my list including a sports pullover and some extras. Discount, on sale and coupon, saved $88 and paid under $52 total. I love Kohls.

While the place is very nice looking I only went in to return something for Amazon and was told there was 50% off that evening. So I looked around and found a dog bed but there was no price on it I looked at the ones next to it and they were 40$ I assumed it would not be much more than that my mistake. I did not get 50% off it was buy one get another 50% off I had a coupon for 15% off which I thought would be enough anyway turns out it was $80 I should have said no thank you and put it back but I didn't and that is all on me not the store but you can be sure I won't buy anything that doesn't have a price tag from there from now on.

Online order was lost. I kept getting emails that it was in route and waiting to be picked up . I finally called customer service and was told a new order of 3 shirts would be sent out and I should receive them October 18. Didn't happen. In the mean time the lost shirts were delivered. The packages looked like they had been rolled in the mud. A few days later the replacements that I was told would arrive on Oct 18 were delivered. For goodness sake use UPS instead of the postal system.

Kohls in College Station is a great store to shop in. They seem to always have things that other Kohls stores don't. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Easiest place 2 Make Amazon Returns in the whole world, I swear takes less than 30 sec and your done, they also sell fun Graphic Tee's and a wide selection of clothes and shoes

Items are marked down and at checkout they tell you that it is mislabeled. And they say a customer must have done that even if it is obviously labeled incorrectly by staff. Manager does not care and is not at all a person that should work in customer service or in a managing position . Last time for me to shop at this location. Total rip off
